We stayed at the Silver Tree Resort, which has large suites for reasonable prices. Our one critique is that the rooms were dusty. Pandemic restrictions were just starting to ease so it was obvious that the room hadn’t been used in awhile.
There are so many activities to enjoy on the lake, such as sailing, paddle boats, water skiing, swimming, etc.
The Silver Tree resort has an excellent restaurant on the premises. We had the best potato soup we have ever tasted! It twas loaded with bacon, shredded cheddar cheese and spring onions on top … a meal by itself! Overall, it was a very nice vacation, just a few hours away and perfect for a respite … reasonable prices and excellent food!
