Another way to add spice to your sex life is to exercise together. Sound weird? It’s not! Believe it or not, certain exercise moves can generate lots of interest from your mate! For instance, I use a large exercise ball to do “core” exercises. Core exercises build up the core muscles in your mid-section. Sitting on a large exercise ball and flexing my core muscles generates lots of interest! I won’t go into detail about the particular exercises, but this video will provide a visual of the core exercises.
