For me, the best way to lose weight is to count every single calorie. I need to lose 10 stubborn pounds, so I am going to count every calorie and try to lose the weight by beach vacation time! The staple of my breakfast is Quaker Oats Quick 1-Minute Oatmeal, Breakfast Cereal, 18oz Canisters (2-Packs), which has so many benefits. Oatmeal helps reduce cholesterol, adds fiber, and is 150 calories per serving. Sprinkle a little McCormick Ground Cinnamon, 18 oz for heart health and many other benefits. Add 10 raisins Sun Maid Raisins, 60 Ounce for your fruit, which is 20 calories. I have a sweet tooth so I add a teaspoon of Domino Dark Brown Sugar 2 Lb, which is 17 calories. Top it off with a 6 oz glass of Tropicana Orange Juice, 10 Ounce (Pack of 24), which is 100 calories.

I usually eat 4 small meals per day. My goal is to eat a max of 1400 calories per day, and exercise to work off 100 of those calories. Stay with us at The Fifty Plus Network as we get ready for swimsuit weather and beach vacations!
